The research team of Professor Wei Jin of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) focuses on the research frontier of micro-nano structure fiber photonics, actively explores its application in precision measurement instruments, photonic sensing and other fields, and has made outstanding research achievements in the above fields. He has recently published several papers in top professional journals such as Nature Communications and Optica. His PhD students have won many outstanding paper awards in high-level International conferences such as the International Conference on Optical Fiber Sensors (OFS).
The team has sufficient research funding and is equipped with high-level experimental platforms and advanced equipment in PolyU headquarters and Polyu Shenzhen Research Institute. At present, it undertakes many scientific research projects, such as the basic Research Program funded by the Hong Kong Government, the development of National major scientific instruments, the National Key Research and Development Program, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong Team Joint Research and Development Program. In the near future, we plan to recruit more postdocs, PHDS and research assistants.

博士后：近三年内获得或六个月内将要获得光学或光电工程、仪器科学与技术、物理学、电子科学与技术、信息与通信工程等相关专业的博士学位，具备较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力。 薪酬根据工作经历、成果和科研水平而定，在香港本部薪酬不低于28,000港币/月；在深圳研究院税后年薪不低于30万人民币（含深圳市博士后生活补贴），支持申请中国博士后基金、国家基金委及地方性科研项目。 有意向者可将个人简历发送至任一联系人。
博士：已获得或在12个月内将要获得相关专业（光学或光电工程、仪器科学与技术、物理学、电子科学与技术、信息与通信工程等）的硕士或学士学位的优秀学生；托福成绩不低于 80或雅思不低于 6.5。 奖学金：17,400港币/月，优秀学生可以在此基础上进一步申请香港政府奖学金（25,800港币/月）。 有意向者可将个人简历、本科成绩单以及英语测试成绩单发送至任一联系人，特别优秀者英语成绩可在发放正式入学offer前提交。
